Filing, Redressal and follow up of complaints pertaining to the facilities offered by Government. This may act as an online forum on the one hand for government to get the feedback about their policies, pronouncements and actions and on the other hand for citizens to ventilate their feelings and air their differences. Besides this, A Call Center has now become Operational, functioning 24x7 and 365 days in a year to attend to the Citizen Service Requests with manual operations from 6AM to 8PM in the evening and with IVRS after 8PM in the evening. The citizens can now dial 1913 and register their complaints and grievances. These grievances if not redressed in a timely manner get escalated to the next level in the Corporation Hierarchy of Personnel. Further, citizens can now obtain information on their Property Tax Payments by sending an SMS to 1913.
